Update: Shanghai Aerospace Gets Nod for Dutch PV JV
Shanghai Aerospace Automobile Electromechanical's (600151.SH) board has given the go-ahead to establish its photovoltaic (PV) power station joint venture with Dutch company Tolo SRL's wholly owned subsidiary Technology and Resources for the Planet (TRP), to be named TRP-PVE, Shanghai Aerospace announced November 5. The joint venture will invest a total of €102.97 million in three on-grid photovoltaic power plants in Italy with a total capacity of 26.8MW, the report said.
Shanghai Aerospace announced plans to establish a the 50/50 JV in August this year.
