VIA Telecom, China Mobile Link Up for TD-LTE
VIA Telecom plans to cooperate with China Mobile (NYSE:CHL, 941.HK) on TD-LTE research and development, VIA Telecom CEO Zhang Ke said November 3, c114.com reported.
VIA plans to skip TD-SCDMA technology and head straight to TD-LTE research, said Zhang. He declined to reveal an exact timetable for the TD-LTE chip.
