English Training Co Nabs Competitor, Matrix Investment

Educational training company Wuhan Xindongtai Technology Development has acquired English training institute Guangzhou Linguaphone, which has 2,000 students in three teaching centers and more than 100 employees, reports ChinaVenture.

Wuhan Xindongtai Technology completed second-round funding from Matrix Partners in October, said the report. The company operates 33 training centers in 16 cities across China, said the report.
