Poly Purchases RMB 700m Wuhan Parcel
Guangzhou-based Poly Real Estate Group (600048.SH) purchased a 9.33-hectare residential land parcel in Wuhan, Hubei province with RMB 700 million on October 3, reports guandian.cn.
On October 30, the company bought a 128,158-square-meter parcel in Foshan, Guangdong province for RMB 1.3 billion.
