CECIC Building Asia's Largest On-Grid BIPV Project

China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation (CECIC) has begun construction of its 6.5MW on-grid building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) project in Shanghai's Hongqiao District and will bring the project on-stream before next April next year, Solarbe.com reported November 4 citing company General Manager Wang Xiaokang. According to Wang, the project will be the biggest on-grid BIPV project in Asia.
