TCL Comms to Raise RMB 315m for Expansion of Mobile Business

Electronics manufacturer TCL Group (000100.SZ) announced November 4 that its subsidiary TCL Communication (2618.HK) plans to raise HK$358.52 million in a share issue to existing shareholders. The company plans to use the funds to develop its original design manufacture (ODM) business, update and expand its existing equipment and improve its liquidity.
