Vanke: Thirst for Changchun Land
Wanrun Real Estate, a subsidiary of Shenzhen-based real estate developer Vanke's (000002.SZ, 200002.SZ) Changchun subsidiary, spent RMB 731 million for a 399,715-square-meter plot in Changchun, Jilin province on October 28, guandian.cn reported. The land will be developed as a residential project, the report said.
Earlier this month, Vanke spent RMB 1 billion on a Changchun land parcel.
