Greentown Buys RMB 2.6B Anhui Parcel
Hangzhou-based real estate developer Greentown China Holdings (3900.HK) bid RMB 2.6 billion to purchase a 33.36-hectare land parcel in Hefei, Anhui Province on October 29, guandian.cn reports. Poly Real Estate Group (600048.SH) and Guangzhou-based Evergrande Real Estate Group also bid for the plot, according to the report.
Greentown China spent a total of RMB 12.4 billion in September to purchase eight new land parcels, which together cover total area of 1.03 million square meters and construction area of 1.96 million square meters.
