NDRC Revises Wind Power Prices
China will change on-grid wind power pricing from a bid-based system to a regional system, according to a National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) notice released July 24, Caijing.com.cn reports. Regions will be judged by wind resources and engineering factors to fall into one of four price categories, ranging from RMB 0.51/kWh to RMB 0.61/kWh, the report said.
