Source: Oak Pacific Establish SNS in Japan
Oak Pacific Interactive has set up a duplicate of its open entertainment platform Kaixin.com under the domain name "Kaixin.jp" in Japan, Sina reports quoting an unnamed insider. The platform is aimed at Chinese in Japan with all writing in Chinese, and has over 1,300 users to date, said the report. The same insider said that the site is still undergoing testing. Oak Pacific would not comment on the news, the report said.
Previous reports in March said Oak Pacific Interactive posted a notice on a recruitment site for a Japanese product manager to take charge of the company's social networking service business in Japan.
