Greenland Outbids Vanke for Daxing Land Parcel
Real estate developer Shanghai Greenland Group purchased a 162,263-square-meter residential and commercial land parcel in Beijing's Daxing District with a bid of RMB 3.03 billion on July 6, about RMB 1.63 billion more than the offering price, reports Guandian.cn. The project will cover total construction area of 457,961 square meters, said the report.
Shenzhen-based real estate developer Vanke (000002.SZ, 200002.SZ) also joined the bidding, said the report.
