Poly Real Estate Buys Beijing Land

Guangzhou-based Poly Real Estate Group Co. Ltd. (600048.SH) purchased a 91,011-square-meter residential land parcel in Beijing's Daxing District on July 6 with a bid of RMB 1.63 billion, approximately RMB 600 million more than the offering price, reports Guandian.cn. The project will cover total construction area of about 224,884 square meters, said the report.
