Greenland Shells Out for '09's Priciest Shanghai Land
Real estate developer Shanghai Greenland Group has bid RMB 957 million to purchase a 18.65 hectare residential land parcel in Shanghai's Songjiang District, reports Guandian.cn. It was the highest bid for a land parcel in Shanghai this year, said the report.
