Hebei Invests in Wind Power
Hebei Provincial Construction Investment Corporation (HPCIC) plans to build wind power projects totaling 400MW and already has 100MW built or under construction, reports Shanghai Securities News quoting HPCIC General Manager Wang Yongzhong. Wang said the projects can be invested with RMB 40 billion under the current investment ratio of RMB 10,000/kW. Thirteen companies including Datang International Power Generation (991.HK) and Beijing Duodian Longyuan Environment Engineering have signed with the Zhangjiakou Municipal Government in Hebei's Shangyi County to invest a total of RMB 51 billion in 570MW of wind power projects, said the report.
