Beijing: 2nd-Hand Housing Sales Up in Feb

In February, Beijing sold 9,478 second-hand housing units and 6,622 new commercial housing units, reports China Business News quoting government data on www.bjfdc.gov.cn Second-hand housing transactions hit a 13-month peak in February, said the report. Century 21 Real Estate LLC's second-hand housing prices were 3-5% higher in eastern Beijing and 5% higher in western Beijing than in December, said Century 21 Vice Store Manager Chen Xiaohu.
