Yingli Green Energy Announces CTO Shuffle
Vertically integrated photovoltaic product manufacturer Yingli Green Energy (NYSE:YGE) announced on Tuesday that Chief Technology Officer Dr. Guoxiao Yao has resigned and will be replaced by Dr. Dengyuan Song, who will take charge of company research and development. Song was formerly a researcher at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and a professor at China's Hebei University. Yao resigned to pursue other interests, said the company.
