Rumors say that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has suspended its approval of applications by real estate or real estate related companies to raise funds on the stock market, guandian.cn reported February 7 quoting unnamed media sources.

No real estate companies are included among the 14 listed companies that CSRC approved for fundraising in 2010, and no real estate company recapitalization plans were approved in the second half of 2009, the report said.
