Game Co Fantasy Age Receives $40m Investment
Beijing-based online game company Fantasy Age has raised $40 million (roughly RMB 300 million) from several investment companies in its first round of financing, 17173.com reported quoting a company announcement on December 21. The capital raised will be spent on game development over the next two years, the report said. Established in 2007, the company has conducted three rounds of technology testing of its in-house developed oriental myth-themed online game Xiyou Tianxia Online, said the report.
