Online Education Co Dong'ao Seeks PE, Listing
Beijing-based online education company Dong'ao is seeking private equity investment and has started preparations to list on Shenzhen's tech-focused ChiNext board, chinaventure.com.cn reported December 1 citing company President Wang Songtao. Dong'ao's core business online accounting training business will have seen profits grow more than 300% year-on-year and the company expects to have accumulated RMB 30 million in profits between 2008 and 2010, according to Wang.
