Zhejiang Offers RMB 0.7kWh Solar Subsidy

Zhejiang province plans to award designated demonstration photovoltaic projects with subsidies of RMB 0.7/kWh and is requiring local governments to support the projects with related policies, reports Zhejiang Daily quoting a provincial government notice issued November 20. Zhejiang province plans to subsidize a total of 50MW by 2012, the report said.

Eligible projects must have capacity of at least 200KW, the notice said.
