Ministry of Culture Spins Off 3 State-Owned Cos
The Ministry of Culture (MoC) spun off some of its assets on November 12 to establish three new state-owned companies: the China Oriental Performance Group, the China Cultural Media Group and the China Animation Group.
Reports in late August revealed that the MoC intended to create a state-owned animation company.
