Shandong OKs Spanish Co for 30MW Wind Project

Yishui, Shandong province has granted a Spanish wind power development company approval to establish a wind power project with total investment of $31.64 million, reports linyiChina.gov.cn. The 29.75MW project is expected to begin production in the first half of 2010 and generate 38.06 million kWh of on-grid electricity, said the report. Currently, more than 20 of the project's wind turbines are being installed and tested, said the report.
