Vsens Completes ASL Acquisition

China Unicom's (NYSE:CHU, 0762.HK, 600050.SH) communication technology subsidiary Vsens (600410.SH) has completed its acquisition of a 68.4% equity interest in Hong Kong-based Automated Systems Holdings Limited (ASL) (0771.HK), Science and Technology Daily reported November 9. Vsens expects the acquisition to help broaden its range of services and products, and enhance its application software capacity, the report said.
