Shanda Unveils 3D Game, Starts MMO Tests
Shanda (Nasdaq:SNDA) unveiled a new 3D online game, Xing Kong Zhan Ji, on November 10, reports Sina. The game is the first sister game of Legend of Stardust ("Xing Chen Chuan Shuo"), an MMORPG licensed by Shanda-owned online game company Simo Technology.
Shanda plans to begin closed beta testing of its licensed 3D MMORPG Tieji Zhengming ("Fighting of Cavalries") on November 11. The company began offering client-end downloads on November 3 and will not delete accounts after the testing, reports ct.sdo.com. Tieji Zhengming was unveiled on November 2.
Shanda's Chengdu-based online game subsidiary Aurora Interactive plans to begin second-round alpha testing of its licensed 2.5D fantasy MMORPG Mo Dao Online on November 17. The game began first-round alpha on September 15.
