Gemdale Oct Sales Rev Grows 37% YoY
Shenzhen-based real estate developer Gemdale (600383.SH) sold 141,200 square meters in October, up 20.7% year-on-year, for RMB 1.6 billion, an increase of 37.1% compared with the same period last year, the company announced November 10. Between January and October, Gemdale made RMB 16.5 billion on sales of 1.49 million square meters, representing growth of 75.3% and 83.8% year-on-year, respectively. The company said that it will have 6 projects under development in the last two months of 2009.
