Shanghai Greenland Pockets RMB 1.3b Plot
Real estate developer Shanghai Greenland Group purchased an 85,537-square-meter residential land parcel in Shanghai's Jiading District for RMB 1.28 billion on November 4, reports guandian.cn. Guangzhou-based Poly Real Estate Group (600048.SH) also participated in the bid, said the report.
Greenland Group spent RMB 418 million on another land parcel in the Jiading District on October 21.
