Software Co Nabs RMB 20m Fortune Venture Funds

Fortune Venture Capital agreed to invest RMB 20 million Zhengcai Software Technology in an agreement signed November 5, reports ChinaVenture. Based in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, Zhengcai Software was established in May 2003 with registered assets of HK$5.75 million.
