Rumor: Tencent Developing Kid Community

An unnamed insider reports that Tencent (0700.HK) is quietly developing a kid-oriented online community, modeled after U.S. site Club Penguin, reports DoNews. Other online children's communities in China include 51mole.com and Hezi.com.
