Vanke October Sales Up 95% YoY

Shenzhen-based real estate developer Vanke (000002.SZ, 200002.SZ) brought in RMB 6.54 billion in October from sales of 608,000 square meters, representing year-on-year growth of 95% and 31%, respectively, the company announced November 6. Sales in the first ten months grew 27.2% year-on-year to 5.71 million square meters, generating revenue of RMB 52.69 billion, up 35.2% year-on-year.

Vanke recorded sales of 537,000 square meters for RMB 5.46 billion in September.
