Kingdee Partner Becomes Jiangsu Subsidiary

Shenzhen-based enterprise software company Kingdee (0268.HK) has added a new subsidiary with the acquisition of a previous partner in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, reports TechWeb. Xuzhou-based Biside Software, a Kingdee partner since 1998, changed its name to Kingdee Xuzhou in 2008 and officially became a Kingdee subsidiary in October, said the report.
