Country Garden October Sales Hit RMB 3.6b

Guangdong-based real estate developer Country Garden (2007.HK) generated revenue of RMB 3.6 billion in October on the sale of 710,000 square meters, representing year-on-year growth of 142% and 155%, respectively, reports guandian.cn citing the company's October 2 announcement. Country Garden reported total sales subscriptions of roughly RMB 17.8 billion by October 31, including contract sales of RMB 16.3 billion, said the report.
