Li Ning Acquisitions, Partnerships

Chinese sports brand enterprise Li Ning (2331.HK) has wholly acquired badminton equipment manufacturer Kason Sports (Hong Kong) for RMB 165 million, Li Ning announced July 6. The "Kason" brand was established in 1991.

Li Ning and Shanghai-based online payment service provider 99Bill have teamed up to provide an online payment tool on Li Ning's online mall, reports Beijing Business Today on June 8.
