NetEase's "FWWJ" Hits New Peak

NetEase (Nasdaq:NTES) recorded 2.29 million peak concurrent users (PCU) of its in-house developed Q-style MMORPG Fantasy Westward Journey on July 5, as well as more than 230 million registered gamers, the company said. The game is offering four promotional activities through September 11, including virtual item giveaways and extra game points when users recharge accounts.

Fantasy Westward Journey hit 2.32 million PCU on August 3, 2008.
