Hurray! CEO Resigns, Replaced by Director

Hurray! Holding Co (Nasdaq: HRAY), a provider of wireless value-added services, music production and artist development, announced on Thursday that co-founder Wang Qindai has resigned from his positions as company president and CEO. Xiang Songzuo, a member of the Hurray! Board of Directors since 2000, is the company's newly-appointed CEO.

Wang will remain a member of the Hurray! Board. The company did not disclose reasons for Wang's resignation.
